Why it is ours

Fried chicken is the centerpiece of Sunday dinner, cookouts, repast meals, and every celebration that matters. Its cultural weight cannot be overstated.

What it does

Protein content remains high regardless of cooking method. Air-frying delivers comparable crunch with 70–80% less fat than deep frying in shortening.

How it is cooked

Air-fry at 390°F after buttermilk soak and seasoned flour dredge. Oven-fry on a wire rack at 425°F with a light avocado oil spray.
